Returns Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack your return securely and attach the provided label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
International Returns
Customers outside the designated region may be subject to additional shipping fees and import duties, which are non-refundable.
